3 Attachment(s)
Hi Bill
In response to your question on the N62 Secondary air carbon cleaning kit, here are a couple of pictures and some information. We have used this for some time now and have had good success cleaning the air ports and tubes without having to remove the heads. I will describe how the tool works so you can better understand it. The tool is being produced as we speak to sell at my machine shop and will be ready to buy in approx. 30 days. As usual there will be an AGA |
Didn't paste. See pictures in next post to read more.

I like it. I wonder why no mention of this upcoming product on AGA website. I will buy a kit as I am having secondary air issues..
|
I spoke to Martin today from AGA for about 45 minutes. The item is still in production and should be ready in about 30 days. It will cost about $250 and will be able to be used multiple times so it would be great for a individual doing their own work or a Indy shop working on many vehicles.

I was on mobile and didnt even see this thread :eeps:
I can't wait for this  |
A little pricey for what it is, but if it works I guess worth it.

This new kit sounds good & Im sure
Will help out a lot of e65 e66 owners With that carbon problem Sent from my GT-N7000 using Bimmer App |
Yeah and too bad for the ppl who sold and traded in their cars before this. Aga claims they have been using this for awhile and only just starting to produce it for sale. This is good news for the n62 indys and etc everywhere will probably pick this up
|
I will buy this once it comes out for sale.
