Strange issue with HUD

Today while driving in heavy rain I found that the top 3-4mm of the HUD disappeared. very strange I have not noticed this issue before in almost 1 year of driving. I fixed it by lowering the height of the HUD slightly in 'Settings', but has anyone else had this problem?

Could your seat have been a little higher than normal or you were sitting up more due to the adverse conditions?

Don't think so but I guess you could be right, it's just strange I have never noticed this before.
