This sounds like the start of an AA support group meeting.

Welcome aboard!

Glad to see you know the rules with pictures being required.

Looks like a sharp M3. Any more details about it?

Some specs, Nothing super special i guess.

1997 M3
BBS LM replicas
CAI
Short throw Shifter
This motor is just a mild motor, Nothing to say wow about.

Few years back it was a boosted car, ran solid untill it decided it didnt like the head gasket anymore.

Welcome!

I'm in Michigan too, and enjoying driving in my first blizzard with my e36 today. Glad I have the traction control and winter mode today. My heater can barely keep up with the 10 degree temps though.

How is the rust situation?

Stealthrtsc 01-21-2013 07:50 PM

rust situation is zero to none.

r2hoog1 01-22-2013 06:01 AM

I bought mine last Fall, and it has 2 small spots of rust that I plan to repair in the Spring. One is on the edge of the bottom/back of the trunk, next to the license plate. And the other is in a small corner where the rear tail light meets the bumper. I believe both are easily repairable.
One of the downfalls of living in Michigan though.
