Alternative Calendar for iPhone?

Which alternative calendar app would you recommend for iPhone? Exchange comparability is must, with the ability to easily read attachments in meeting invites, and it would be good if I can reply all, or send to all to meeting invitees. Yes, unfortunately, there are somethings that better with the BlackBerry.

I just use the one in the phone, it's pretty decent IMO.
