Oilchange Question
 

I'm doing extra oil chages at 7500mile intervals on my '11 535i. It's time for the next change on my 7,500 mi schedule and my car says I have 3000 miles until the next covered change.

It's been more than a year since BMW has paid for an oil change on my car, and I'd understood that they will pay for a yearly change. The SA told me it's only covered on a low mileage car, which mine isn't.

He did tell me they'd cover it as early as 2000 miles before the indicated change so it's only 1000 miles away.

I have read on this board that the yearly change is covered regardless of mileage. What is BMWNA's policy, actually?
