JD Power just sent me a survey. Bribed me with a $1 bill. What I didn't realize was that it would take 30 minutes to complete it! I make slightly more than $2/hour in my marketing job. :)
I basically said I was happy with everything except the navigation system and the reputation BMW has for average reliability.
I also emphasized the fun factor for driving it around.
I found the extended survey section on reliability ridiculous. They're surveying brand new owners- they're not going to receive much negative feedback. I hope they survey me in a couple of years, and then after the warranty expires.

I did it too. That dollar bill in the envelope was more potent than people would have thought, and it would have caused me much guilt if I didn't do the survey. Well play, JD power.
Did it as well online; much easier than filling in the circles on the old paper version !
