Does this look good for my wife's x3?

269 +tax, 39 months, 10k a year. 2500 down.

msrp 37595 - sell price 33440

???

Do you know what residual they are estimating? That really makes a big difference when trying to figure out how good of a deal you got.

The residual should be 62% for 39mo/10k per year.

Sounds good to me, 269 a month to drive a BMW? Sounds like a hell of a deal, also considering BMW's online deal of 298 which I originally thought was excellent.
