Horn going dead? HELP!
 
So the other day i was driving along in my 2002 BMW X5 3.0i and some asshole cut me off, so i went to honk at him and my horn made a very odd low pitched noise. it sounds as if it is dieing ? im not very handy and i dont want to break anything, what should i do? is it a fuse problem? :dunno:

You've probably lost one of your horns (there's a high pitch and low pitch horn)...or corrosion has gotten to the electrical connector...which could mean you need a new one, or it could be as simple as cleaning it (as well as possibly cleaning the non working horn out). They are located in the front left wheel housing:


H2 = left horn & X132 is its electrical connector / H3 = right horn & X133 is it's electrical connector
