M3 vs. 300C in Marvin Window commercial
 

Saw a Marvin Window ad last night that had a 300C chasing an M3 through a city's streets wrecking everything in sight - (i.e. slamming through sidewalk cafes). It was amazing. Especially since the M3 was kicking butt. Somebody has to find and post that video.
The commercial ends with the M3 braking to a stop just inches before shattering through a Marvin window getting carried across the street. :thumbup:

Did you notice that the M3 has mismatched wheels? Left front and right front don't match.

Yep I've seen that commercial, sad thing is that even my wife said that when it brakes centimeters away from the window it has 325 17" sportpackage rims instead of the normal M3 18" rims :rolleyes: don't know why...:dunno:

Yeah, noticed the rims. Actually, I was more focused on the damage they were doing to the front end of that M3! Ouch!

I assumed it was separate footage of two different cars spliced together. ?? :dunno:

Yes, most likely that's the case. They either couldn't get the same car, or some moron in production didn't notice... until it was too late to get the proper replacement for the second part of the shoot. As a film school grad, I don't see how the director could have let it pass with such a huge lapse in continuity. It ruins the entire spot IMO.

perhaps they let someone borrow a nice 325 with ///M3 badge on the back and they thought no one could tell the difference. because.. you know.. they're all just bmws.

If this is the case, they spent a lot of money cutting the side gill into the front fender.
