My pad sensors fell apart when I took them off on my last pad change - around 90k.
I think that is normal due to age and heat

You may want to consider also changing the oil...

Sensors gets brittle when old and may fall apart, mine lasted to about 90K miles before I had to replace - good luck.

I have a early 2005 I bought new (European Delivery) and I have no issues with anything, driven over 90K miles so far.
Get a PPI before you buy and enjoy.

I used OEM and they worked fine - very easy to do...

I used OEM and they worked fine - very easy to do yourself - just make sure you have the Allen key socket.
I can't remember the size but it seemed every kit skipped that number - finally found one...
