My braking power improved a lot with the akebonos...

My braking power improved a lot with the akebonos after the break in of course. OEM pads are nothing special, just ordinary pads like any other car.

That there my friend is a sign that your bulb is going bad. DS1 bulbs is what you want to find for a replacement.

Crankcase vent tubes

I know that these tubes have been updated and I have read the TSB pertaining to them. Has anyone replaced the y-shaped tube with the new ones? I just want to have some clarification on the new tubes...

Depending on whether or not you have the liquid-cooled alternator will determine the severity of the task. If you have a regular alternator on there then its fairly easy from a mechanics perspective...

You should be able to remove it by relieving...

You should be able to remove it by relieving tension on the belt and unbolting the lower pulley. To make it easier, have someone hold the breaker bar while unbolting the lower pulley.

Could possibly be a clogged drain in the sunroof. Won't hurt to check...make sure it is clear of debri.
