I would suspect a brake caliper not releasing fully. Especially if it only happens sporadically. Next time it happens check if your wheel is hot.

Have you cleaned the idle control valve? It's below the DISA. Looks like a silver cylinder. It needs to be cleaned periodically due to carbon build up.
