I'd put more fresh fuel in it and try again. That's pretty concentrated SeaFoam mixed with only ~3 gallons of gas.

Are there two wires coming off the positive battery post/clamp, one heavy one and one about 10 ga.? If so, start tracing the smalled wire away from the battery and you should find an in-line fuse....
