How are your tires? If you can replace them, I think the stock tire is 225/50 16 with a 225/55 or 225/60 16 that will give you around another half inch or so ground clearance. Same if you increase...

Yeh, car is not there anymore.. Looking like a 3 series though. Going to find the older sales brochures and track it down. Strange it was exact though right down to the same standard wheels as my 740.

Why not have both? I have my 97 740il 56k miles for my daily and my 97 z3 2.8 50k miles for the weekends. Life is good. Drive well. No middle of the road for me.

I replaced mine with a dark blue gahn top. Same fabrics as the original, no zippered rear window, unbelievable quality 1200 installed. Note: picture is pre replacement.

You're never out of options...

This is a BMW, just because the block is cracked doesn't mean it's not the battery. I mean who else puts a valve in line that doesn't open till the revs hit 2k. Glad it was the cap, good luck.
