i don't think it's required, but like u said it's on occasion. my mechanic suggested it's a good idea to replace the hub while we have access to it (preventive maintenance).

good thing he has 450...

hey everyone. i have an e36, but i fixed my issue by replacing the actual windshield washer lever/switch inside the car. hope this helps.

i've tried replacing the washer relay and it still doesn't fix the issue. in my case, i'm almost certain that it's a grounding issue.

hopefully replacing the relay will fix your issue!
