Try taking your car to CarMax and see what offer you get from them. If it's close to your current buyout, you can get rid of it this way.

I guess it's a personal preference. I drove S550 for two weeks in Europe and I would MUCH prefer the new 750. I would also take the outgoing/outdated 5-er over the new E-class. Not a fan of E/C-class...

I would still take BMW over competition most of the time.
