Something tells me this is more of the general module rather than the wiper motor...Replacing the wiper motor may not fix your issue.

Headers yield a large performance increase in the V8's. Roughly 30-40hp, depending on design. Dont forget software to go with that. Also, a 3.46LSD will make the car quite a bit faster.
