The remaining issue is that on startup, often only the first startup of the day, the AC blows hot until I either turn off and restart...

OK, I found it from the online manual, it is on the firewall and not too bad.
I got the vents moved and got a wrench on it ready to remove.
Hopefully, tomorrow I will have nice cold AC again.

Changed Controller, no help

I got a replacement light module that goes on the headlight for control of the adaptive features. I replaced the module on one side with no difference.

I can get the lights to go in all directions...
