The stock tires from your ellipsiloids will work fine 10mm isn't that big of a deal. I'm running my stock tires on my M6 wheels until they run out.

The only 5-series I would pick over any 6-series is an M5. If you're not going to go that route, the 650i is your best choice. You'll never get bored with the 6.
