E65 730 Door mechanism

Are all the doors making the same sound? I would think it's the soft closing mechanism.

FYI comfort access refers to the keyless entry option where you just need the fob on you to unlock the doors...

Those look good. Are they all Zimmerman F&R? FCPEuro told me only the fronts were available in Zimmerman brand.

For my Audi, they said Zimmerman only made them for the rear, wth??

I would dry everything out, disconnect battery, unplug wet modules, remove carpeting, check to see if the passenger foot wells are also wet.
