I just did a Cluster Check and Reset. Voltage Read 12.0 & 12.1..... Good thing.... Fail Safe went away and Cluster is now showing "A" and M" Shifts correctly now.... Radio and Steering wheel...

Just checked. Nice and tight. Radio will light up but will not play (sound). Tape deck light will fade in and out. Weird. Wheel will not go up or down or telescope.
