If it was disintegrated, parts of the belt could've gone in to the engine (via front crankshaft seal) and those pieces...

As other members suggested, address the leak, fill the tran fluid to correct level, reset error codes, if any.

If I were you, I'd remove both VANOS solenoids (mounted on the front of the engine; easily accessible), clean them, reinstall them, clear the codes and see if the error comes back.

Those errors are definitely related to Pre-cat O2 sensors. It's interesting BOTH O2 sensors (on both banks) failed at the same time.
