7Pilot you were right brother!!! the hoses were actually inverted in the fire wall! The previous owner had them swapped by mistake after he did the some engine work. So the heat is finally on!!!

It depends what kind of ballast you get I believe. If its the DDM Tuning slim digital you will need the error eliminators. The regular balasts that are twice as big as the DDM might not need them....
