Or just an electric motor actuating the HPFP piston with enough force to imitate normal pump operation. Have a separate fuel pump in a tank with fuel provide the 70-80 psi pressure to the feed side...

E65 Front Blower Motor Fixed

All of a sudden, the front blower motor decides to quit, of course during a 100 degree day and of course the wife's car. Connected up INPA and was able to activate the rear blower but not the front....

Heat Issue

The fact that it runs fine up to 10-15 minutes indicates it is a heat issue. Maybe try running the car in your driveway with the hood up and cooling the DME to see if it lasts longer than 15 minutes...

Diaphragm Failure?

My guess is since you have fuel in one of your vent lines off the top of the
HPFP pressure regulator, the associated diaphragm has failed.
