I would if you have the money, will be worth it when done, saves you wishing you had,especially when its all back in. You are lucky it just took that out, it normally takes out about 3valves or arms

ring up UK BOSCH and ask to speak to the Automotive Technical departement and ask for the diagram, assuming its a BOSCH system, they are usually extremenly helpful and will email you a copy
