That Napa tool looks like it would work and I like that it will also take the belt off so you can reuse. Whatever the case, you will need some type of tool to get that belt on... no doubt about...

You're going to love the 550. I used to own an 07 and miss that car. Do get the Logic 7 as the others have said and the brakes are no more expensive to work on than any other car if you do the work...
