Yes they where tourqed equally and fully to my knowledge. As soon as the hub went it I went around the block the noise was there right off the bat. Different noise tho. High pitch not grind.

if it is the original battery, or oem.... there should be a little tiny whole (window type) with glass on top that displays either green, yellow, or red. will tell you if the battery is good or dead...

Thank you, this helps. So these hubs CAN be defective from factory, there is nothing else that can cause that noise in that general area besides the wheel bearing at speeds 30+. And you are correct...
