Mine just failed at 56k.....getting it replaced next week. It's easy enough to spot...engine cover soot spot and gusts of soot when revving it with the engine cover off.

Fuel dilution (and the resultant high oil level) is a very real condition that can occur in any engine and in particular diesel engines....if the oil level is actually high, take it in immediately...
