Also, sometimes while driving the DSC light will come on and stay on until the car has been turned off and restarted. The dealership says it's coming back with a "low voltage" code.

Has my CDV been removed?

For the life of me, I don't see one. Thought the car was stock, unmodified when I got it. Certainly no ribbed fitting that resembles the modified Zeckenhaus CDV that I bought... am I just missing it??

seems like the issue is a slightly bent something. I don't want to spend a grand chasing the problem, I'd rather spend a couple hundred on a used camber kit and alignment ($60 at my indy)...

On cooling system issues... I had an upper radiator hose pop off once. Nothing broken, no issue other than needing more coolant. Was just weird. (Hadn't been doing work in the engine bay either).

I've had my 540i for a couple years now, and absolutely love it. The thing can cruise doing 100mph @ 3k RPM in 6th- feels like you're going 65. Just sayin'.
