This is the first thread I have read about and turbo oil line failing. Are you sure it is the problem. It could be the valve cover gasket.

It is only under pressure when the engine is running.

I don't want to argue with a master tech but if you replace dirty injectors with clean injectors it will fix the problem, no argument there. But why not give techron a chance?

An additive like Techron WILL help with dirty injectors on a DI motor. What it won't help is carbon buildup in the intake parts. I would try additive first.
