I had the same problem . If you can hear the pump run and fluid is coming out your broken hose then it's not the pump so just replace the hose and nozzles. it's easy just takes alittle time.... jack...

I would guess your armrest is not in the two hinge points. There are 2 pins , one on each side of the armrest that fit into a metal frame that is bolted to the rear interior wall

I had mine changed ( full change ) at 40k, 70k and 120k . I didn't take anyones advice I just do not believe that any fluid is lifetime especially at the temps that the fluids are subject to.
