Compatibility of Nav system

Anyone know if the nav system and radio/monitor from a 2003 X5 would fit and work in a 2001 E38? I think the nav is MKIV but not sure if the monitor portion is compatible. Thanks in advance!

I just had a similar problem (2001 740i Sport). Mine turned out to be an ABS/DSC fault. Had to replace the Bosche Control unit. Cost was around $900 including labor. Car runs nice again.
