You could give them a light rubbing with 00 Steel wool, but in most cases its best to simply follow kyfdx's advice and use the brakes in order to clean off the light layer of corrosion.

The primary reasons one would choose an all season tire in this case would be for longer tread wear (roughly double that of a summer tire) and a softer ride.
