That just leaves the calipers. Excelent! Even if the problems don't go away the processes are not expensive or unusual and eliminate possible causes.

If you are still getting the noise as you move off get someone to walk beside the car to pin point the problem area. Get the wheels balanced. Service the front calipers and their mountings.

It all comes out as one part. On the sender try an aggressive switch cleaner (Wurth do one). That might restore some accuracy to the unit - has worked in the past for me.
