do not reuse the bolts buy new one. Snug them down and then go over all of them again 1/4 turn. That should do it. They do not have to be very tight.

The V-Belts has a tensioner and the A/C Compressor does not. You have to pull the belt off with a rag while turning the crank. You have to use a special tool to stretch the new belt on.
