I would not put the cause as low fuel pressure unless it is very low.
My 1994 525it powers up steep hills like a Saturn Rocket and the fuel pressure is at 34psi
when specs call for 51psi.

It runs from one side of the tail gate to the other along the hinged top.
It could be a large ground.
I doubt it carries current.

The sticker on the fuse and relay "case" does not seem to match the actual physical layout of the fuses.
