It really doesn't. Your water/coolant may get up to temp in that time, but the oil won't, especially in winter. You need to get the whole car up to temp and burn off the moisture/condensation.

They are from a sedan. Coupe seats have a handle on the seat back, door side, that you use to tilt the seat forward for rear-seat access. It also grabs the seat belt strap to hold it.
