North Carolina has the worst drivers I've ever seen, by far. They make CA drivers look like saints.

(I also miss the autobahn, so I intend to be living in Europe again about 18 months from now.)

You'll have to get a policy that's valid in the country where you're keeping the car. When I lived in the UK, since I'm in the military, I used USAA, but I know Geico also had a UK office nearby....

Success! I may have not coded the FDL after changing the REM, because all the values had reverted back to default. I reapplied them, coded FDL, and it's working now.
