With a manual you can hit the start button...

With a manual you can hit the start button without depressing the clutch. Not sure about the auto but probably the same if you don't have your foot on the brake.

Same thing on my 2008 - passenger side only

Just getting replaced today NC. Last day under BMW warrantee though and I don't think it would have been free otherwise. Seems like a pretty common problem.

Just be aware the BMW's are not inexpensive cars. Oil Changes are just one piece of the puzzle.

Need new tires 1000 - 1500 unless you replace the run flats. But then you need a spare that sits...

Find an indy shop

Find a good local indy shop and have them do the work. Most will charge less for a more thorough inspection and may not charge at all if they find that work does need to be done and you have them do...

Ok, I switched to the winter tires and wheels this weekend and verified that the tire pressure is correct. Should I go through the TPM reset on the on board computer?
