IMO, the lighting package is more important than big brakes, and even some of the other things you've chosen. Halogen headlights are ok, but adaptive LED headlights are much better.

I believe that you're looking at the wheel speed sensor, associated with the ABS.

The front wear sensor is on the left wheel (driver's side for LHD.) The rear is on the Right (passenger) side.

He does note that VCG leaks into the spark plug/coil wells can cause coil failure - oil afterall is bad for most insulators.
