It's called a Cap Nut. It's not a bolt as it has threads and is the female portion of the Stud Bolt/Cap Nut combo that holds the valve cover to the cylinder head.

Would be but to find a manifold for that set up. There is a huy selling an M20 triple carb set up on R3V for $1800 says it's one of 13. I got a snicker out of that figure.

The fronts are 55 as mentioned.
