Bluetooth Phone Volume

I find myself having trouble with the low volume with a phone connected through bluetooth. Is there a setting to raise the volume? The volume control has no effect.

My high was about 32-35 MPG on a 45 mile stretch.

My tires are 32 psi front and 38 psi rear.

My car is a manual transmission.
