There is a software download that will ignore that.
Those ports are only used for less than 2 min when you start a cold...

There are 2 pins on the side of the radiator that fit into rubber blocks, they get inserted into pockets on the side of the plastic frame about 2/3's of the way down.

That isn't used in any manual transmission cars. That link shows the ring gear for the starter and the flex plate that connects to the torque converter for automatic trannys.

It fails in the open position supplying heat when you don't want it. Can't really bypass it. If bad and you don't want heat you can pinch off the supply hose.

If the pump was running you should have heat, even with those ripped rubber seals. Those valves are normally open and are pulsed (open/closed) to control coolant flow (and cabin temp) to the heater...

It should be holding fuel pressure for ~20 min after you shut it off, with a max of a 7psi drop. If you know your injectors are not leaking it's the fuel pressure regulator that is in the fuel...
