97 4D E-brake???

are both the adjuster nuts on the e-brake supposed to be snug when its disengaged? or should the passenger side one be snug, and drivers side be loose?(like it is and the car i am asking about).

weird S54 MZ3 brake problem

Hi guys!

My dads car is having a really weird problem with its brakes :dunno:... its kind of like a twang noise and then a clunk and a pulsating feel in the brake pedal, all coming from the engine...

well i havent really done this in a BMW, but i have done it in my VW golf which has electrical problems/gremlins, and all i really do is... turn the key to the final position put it in neutral push...
