Yes it fits perfectly. There is 1 or 2 pins to change and a wire that needs to get reconnected. You can find the change on line if you Google it.

You need the CIC climate controls to make it work properly. They look very similar but they are different. This is what you need. Requires some wiring mods....

It's not the TCU, that is only SOS and BT functions. It would not cause these symptoms. Your CCC is most likely shot.

You can always remove the bulbs and add resistors...
