Pump your tires to the max---45 psi I think---and remeber to let the pressure out in spring. Works for me with no flat spots in spring.

I have used slime on garden tractor tires, but never had the opportunity to see what sealants do to the inside of the tire. Reading the fine print on the Continental kit answered my first question....
