According to my mech, if the centre bore of the slave/actuator housing have quite a lot of score marks inside it then it will not be possible to re-use it since the hydraulic oil will escape...

All the problem points to a leaking actuator ... Have the O-Ring replaced using the BMW repair kit and do the bleeding procedure and SMG teaching-in procedure.

If it's the slave cylinder aka clutch actuator then the next cheapest thing is to get the correct size Viton O-Ring for the slave cylinder. My guess is that any hydraulic specialist repair shop would...

Get an experienced wireman to go through your car ... You may have an exposed wire that may cause these electrical issues...

Have you check your alternator / fusebox??? And have a code readout too...
