Yea, thats what I did (the cheap one). I think I got one on Amazon for around $80. Rebuilt of course. Its been about a year and working fine. It took several attempts at bleeding before it was quiet....

I dont know about this particular limited slip diff, but they normally have varying degrees of force required to get them to lock, based on their application, such as street or track.
