The original top, and the quality replacement tops, are made of Haartz Twillfast. Haartz recommends that Raggtopp cleaner be used.

The OE Sachs are high, and mine were weak at 32,000 miles. KYB GR-2 struts and shocks are a popular OE replacement, not too expensive and a good ride. Many here including me have bought them....
