Haven't picked the car up yet, but having new rod bearings put in. Is there some " break in" technique for these or does that really only apply to a new engine, like new rings, cams etc...

I agree 100%, was just trying to put it off for awhile, as I just had to put $6,500 in the trans. The thing that concerns me is putting anything in there, some can hurt more than help....
